A very “happy trails” to the Chrysler PT Cruiser, which is no longer in production! Chrysler has stopped building the car at its Toluca plant in Mexico and over the last year the plant has been converted to produce the plucky Fiat 500 that we’re all waiting for. I’ve always hated the PT, but for whatever reason they were very popular among old men looking to recapture their youth and soccer moms trying to impress their teenage kids. Unfortunately the limited run and their mind-boggling popularity probably means these things will remain in the car culture as a semi-rare classic in the years to come. But enough about dead models, its time to look forward to the Fiat 500 replacing that four-door monstrosity.
