Fiat plans to make one of it’s first sponsorship debuts in the USA at The Fader Fort by Fiat in Austin, Texas this March. For those of you who aren’t familiar with Fader Media, it is an all inclusive source for music lovers to find information about up and coming artists. The Fort, a ten-year event for Fader Media, is a four-day showcase of the most innovative, emerging artists, across all music genres. This is a guest-list only event, attended by those with music business ties and senior SXSW attendees. Although some seem hopeful they may allow a few lucky fans into the event.
As for Fiat, they feel this is the perfect opportunity for them to collaborate with a like-minded organization. According to Laura Soave, head of FIAT Brand North America, “Fiat is an expressive brand that promotes and cultivates creative and discovery.” Together Fader and Fiat will continue to celebrate self expression through The Fader Fort by Fiat, March 16th-19th, 2011.
I hope this isn’t the last we see of the Fiat USA sponsorships.
