Where in the US can I buy an Abarth?

I recently had someone contact me with this exact question. Unfortunately the answer is: nowhere, yet! You can’t buy a Fiat 500 Abarth in the US yet because they haven’t even started building them. The three models of the base Fiat 500 haven’t even gone on sale, so it may be awhile before anyone has a chance to get an Abarth. Hopefully sometime this year will be possible.

    Now that the 500 is gaining momentum in the US will we start seeing Abarth 500 SS at Fiat dealerships?

    They will start taking orders in Mid February for March-April delivery thats what a Fiat of Milwaukee had stated. Many people are already placing $500 deposits to hold there place so as soon as orders hit they do not have to wait months I sent my deposit already…

    They might not make the US version yet, but the dealer in Italy had about 30 Abarth when I was there in October 2011.  They are sharp!!!

    Fiat of Birmingham, Alabama is also taking deposits.

    End of March, FIAT of Somerville, NJ will have two Abarth’s instock, they are currently in transit.
